Nic:
Interesting. Where will are you training? How will you be testing your vertical? I'm curious to see what some of your helpful resources are. You might want to connect with Blake Jones at some point since he is researching what diets best help different athletic endeavors.

Journey to Dunking
I plan on being able to dunk by the end of the school year. I know i have it in me to do that, as long as a practice and train to do it. Usually it isn't normal for a 6,1 kid to be able to dunk, but that just makes me want it more. So far i have researched ways to increase your vertical. I also figured out that i would have to jump 25 inches to be able to dunk. I am soon going to test how high I jump right now, then chart my progress every week. The feedback of my project was really good. People thought it was a great idea to do what I've always wanted to do. They also gave me good ideas on ways to present it and track it. I plan on working out at home and tracking the process with Freddy and Jacob to make sure everyone is on the right track.
